What is Chada Cart Recovery?
Chada Cart Recovery is an abandoned-cart recovery plugin for WooCommerce. It notices when a shopper adds items to their cart and leaves, waits a while, then emails them a reminder with a one-click link that restores the cart and takes them straight to checkout. It then tells you exactly how much revenue those reminders won back.
How it works, in one paragraph
A cart is captured — from checkout for guests, or from the cart page for signed-in customers. If nothing happens for your idle window (60 minutes by default) the cart is marked abandoned, and your recovery sequence starts: one, two or more timed emails, each with a button that rebuilds the cart on click. If the shopper completes the order from that link, the cart is marked recovered and attributed to the step that did it. Everything is sent from your own site through wp_mail — there is no third-party sending service and no per-email fee.
What it does that the cheap ones don’t
- Consent-first capture. Guests are only captured after ticking a consent box at checkout. Signed-in customers can be captured earlier, from the cart page — that’s the single biggest lever on recovery rate, and it’s your call.
- Real unsubscribe. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and one-click
List-Unsubscribeheaders; unsubscribed addresses are never contacted again, by anything. - Deliverability protection. Point your email provider’s bounce webhook at the plugin and hard bounces and spam complaints are suppressed automatically.
- Rules and quiet hours. Skip recent customers, low-value carts and excluded products; never send at 3am.
- Honest measurement. Recovered revenue is attributed through the recovery link, not guessed. Open and click rates are shown with the Apple Mail caveat stated, not hidden.
- Speaks your shopper’s language. WPML and Polylang aware: the reminder goes out in the language the shopper was browsing in.

Every plan includes a year of updates and support. Without an active licence the plugin still captures carts, but sends nothing.
