Recovery that runs itself
Set up your sequence once and Chada Cart Recovery does the rest — reaching shoppers at the right moment with the right nudge to finish checking out.
Automated email sequence
A timed sequence of reminders goes out automatically after a cart is abandoned — 3 steps on Starter, 5 on Growth, unlimited on Pro. No manual chasing, ever.
Send windows & rules
Set quiet hours so nobody gets a 3am email, and skip recent customers, low-value carts or excluded products automatically.
One-click cart restore
Every email links back to a pre-filled cart at checkout, so returning takes a single tap — not a re-shop.
Coupon incentives
Sweeten later reminders with optional, auto-expiring discount codes to tip hesitant shoppers over the line.
On-brand emails
Your logo, your accent colour, product images and prices in every reminder — edit the copy in a live preview, pick a colour, done. No code.
Recovered-revenue analytics
See how many carts each step brings back and how much revenue it recovers — with open and click rates, and A/B subject tests to find out which wording wins.
Everything you need to recover carts
A complete recovery toolkit — from the first reminder to the revenue report — working quietly in the background of your store.
From abandoned to recovered
Cart is abandoned
A shopper adds to cart and leaves. Logged-in customers are captured from the cart page; guests the moment they consent at checkout. The cart is saved, ready to bring back.
Reminders go out
Your sequence sends automatically inside the hours you choose — a friendly nudge, then an optional incentive if they still haven't returned.
They come back
One click restores the full cart at checkout. They complete the order, and you see the recovered revenue in your dashboard.
One plugin, priced by sites
No per-email or per-recovery fees — ever. Every licence includes a year of updates and support, and you can move a licence between sites at any time.

Got a question?
The answers to the things people ask most. The full documentation covers everything else; if yours isn't there either, our team replies within a day — before you buy or after.
Contact pre-salesWhen does the first email send?
It's up to you. By default the first reminder goes out about an hour after a cart is abandoned, but every send delay in the sequence is configurable.
How many reminders can I send?
Three steps on Starter, five on Growth, and as many as you like on Pro — with the timing and content of each one under your control. You can always stop at one.
Can I include a discount code?
Yes, on Growth and Pro. Attach a single-use, auto-expiring coupon to any step to give hesitant shoppers an extra reason to come back and complete checkout. See Building your recovery sequence.
Does it work with guest checkout?
Yes. Guests are captured the moment they enter an email and tick the consent box at checkout. Logged-in customers can be captured earlier, straight from the cart page, so you also reach the shoppers who never open checkout. See How carts are captured.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Guests are only emailed after explicit consent, every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, unsubscribed addresses are never contacted again, and it plugs into WordPress's personal-data export and erasure tools. All sending happens from your own site — no third-party data sharing. Ready-made wording for your privacy policy is included; see Privacy and GDPR.
Will it hurt my email deliverability?
It is built to protect it. Every email carries one-click unsubscribe headers, unsubscribed addresses are never contacted again, and you can point your email provider’s bounce webhook at the plugin so hard bounces and spam complaints are suppressed automatically — it understands Postmark, SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES and Brevo out of the box. See Email design and deliverability.
What happens when my licence expires?
Your recovery sequence keeps sending at your plan’s step count. What pauses until you renew: new updates and support, and the Growth and Pro extras — coupons, A/B subject tests and per-step analytics.
