Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of plugins, themes, and related services offered by CHADA Store ("CHADA", "we", "us"). Please read them carefully — by buying or using our products you agree to them.
Plain-language summary: Buy a licence, use our plugins on the number of sites your plan allows, get updates and support while it’s active, and you’re covered by a 30-day refund. The detail below is the formal version. This summary isn’t a substitute for the full Terms.
01Acceptance of terms
By accessing the CHADA Store website, creating an account, or purchasing a licence, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not purchase or use our products.
02Licenses & usage
When you purchase a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use that product in accordance with the plan you purchased. Each licence is tied to your account and issued as a licence key.
What your licence includes
- The right to install the plugin on the number of production sites permitted by your tier;
- Access to updates and support for the duration of an active licence;
- The ability to deactivate a site at any time and re-use that activation elsewhere.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish our products’ code except as expressly permitted in writing.
03Activations & sites
Each tier permits a set number of activations (for example, Single Site, 5 Sites, or Unlimited). Every site you activate counts against that limit — including staging, local, and development installs.
You can deactivate a site at any time from your account to free a slot for another site, so a licence can be moved between environments as often as you need. Attempting to circumvent activation limits may result in suspension of the licence.
04Billing & renewals
Licences are sold as annual subscriptions unless stated otherwise. To provide uninterrupted updates and support, licences renew automatically each year at the then-current renewal price, charged to your payment method on file.
- We send a reminder before any renewal charge;
- You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account or by contacting us;
- Applicable taxes (such as VAT) are calculated at checkout based on your billing location.
05Refunds
Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product isn’t right for your site, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no interrogation required.
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse, such as obtaining a refund after copying or redistributing the product. Renewals are eligible for the same 30-day window from the renewal date.
06Updates & support
While your licence is active, you receive new versions automatically through your WordPress dashboard, along with support from our team. If a licence lapses, the plugin keeps working — you simply stop receiving new updates and support until you renew. Nothing is disabled or deleted.
Support covers our products on a properly configured WordPress site. We can’t guarantee assistance with unrelated third-party themes or plugins, server misconfiguration, or customisations to our code.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to use our products or services to:
- Violate any applicable law or infringe the rights of others;
- Redistribute, resell, or repackage our code without authorisation;
- Attempt to bypass licensing, activation, or security mechanisms;
- Introduce malware or interfere with our update and licensing infrastructure.
08Intellectual property
All products, including their code, design, trademarks, and documentation, are the property of CHADA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your licence grants a right to use the products — it does not transfer ownership.
Our plugins’ PHP code is licensed under the GPL to the extent required by WordPress; bundled assets such as images, CSS, and JavaScript remain subject to these Terms.
09Warranty & liability
Our products are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we work hard to keep them reliable and secure, we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will meet every specific requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHADA’s total liability arising from your use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant licence in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.
10Termination
You may stop using our products and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate a licence if these Terms are breached — for example, through redistribution of our code or abuse of activation limits. On termination for breach, your right to use the products ends, though these Terms’ surviving provisions (such as intellectual property and liability) continue to apply.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, to reflect new features or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
